This was our quick prelim inspired by James Bond. We wanted to test out the different angles and techniques, so we used alot of narrative enigma to hide the main character. We did this by not showing the face with a hood and using a selection of shots that didn't show the face. we then used match on action for opening the door, where you open it from one side filming it. Then you walk through and film from the other side. we also used shot reverse shot to show the conversation between the two characters, this is done by filming what one character says from one side showing the face. then do another take of the other character filming his face, it worked very well in our prelim.
